Ingredients list for Hariyali Chicken Makhani-SK Khazana
- 250 grams Hariyali chicken tikka
 - 1 cup Spinach puree
 - 2 tablespo for garnish Butter
 - 1 tablespoon Oil
 - 1/2 cup Onion paste
 - 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
 - 1 tablespoon Green chilli paste
 - 1 tablespoon Fresh mint paste
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
 - to taste Salt
 - 3 teaspoon for garnish Fresh cream
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
 - 1 tablespoon Honey
 - 1/4 cup Milk
 
Method
- Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan and onion paste and sauté till fragrant.
 - Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste. Mix well. Add mint paste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes
 - Add turmeric powder and cardamom powder, mix well.
 - Add spinach puree and mix, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and fresh cream, mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
 - Add coriander powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
 - Add the hariyali chicken tikka and mix, add some water, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add honey, mix well cook for a minute. Add milk and mix well, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
 - Serve hot garnished with fresh cream and butter.
