Gobhi ke Paranthe This is a favourite Punjabi breakfast – paranthas stuffed with spicy cauliflower mixture. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Whole wheat flour (atta) dough Cuisine Punjabi Course Breads Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gobhi ke Paranthe 1 cup Cauliflower grated as required Whole wheat flour (atta) dough 1 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 medium Onion chopped 1-2 Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder for basting Ghee Method To prepare stuffing, combine cauliflower, carom seeds, chopped coriander, onion, green chillies, dried mango powder, salt and chilli powder into a bowl and mix well. Divide dough into equal portions, make a dent and fill with the prepared stuffing. Cover and shape into balls. Heat a non-stick tawa. Dust the worktop with some flour and roll out the prepared balls into thick paranthas. Roast the paranthas from both sides, basting with ghee, on hot tawa on medium heat till evenly done from both sides. Serve hot.
