Ingredients
- 200 grams Goan pork sausages, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- ½ inch ginger, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 fresh red chillies, cut diagonally
- 1 small capsicum, cut into strips
- 1 medium tomato, cut into strips
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add butter and let it melt. Add garlic, ginger and sauté well.
- Add onion, sauté till golden brown. Add red chillies, capsicum, tomato, and cook for 2-3 minutes or till the mixture is cooked completely.
- Add sugar, salt, vinegar, tomato puree, red chilli powder, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add sausages and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
