By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Goan pork sausages, Oil Cuisine Goan Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 200 grams Goan pork sausages, cut into small pieces 1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon butter 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic ½ inch ginger, finely chopped 1 medium onion, sliced 2 fresh red chillies, cut diagonally 1 small capsicum, cut into strips 1 medium tomato, cut into strips A pinch of sugar Salt to taste ½ teaspoon vinegar 2 tablespoons tomato puree ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add butter and let it melt. Add garlic, ginger and sauté well. Add onion, sauté till golden brown. Add red chillies, capsicum, tomato, and cook for 2-3 minutes or till the mixture is cooked completely. Add sugar, salt, vinegar, tomato puree, red chilli powder, and cook for 1 minute. Add sausages and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
