By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Medium carrot Cuisine Goan Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 250 grams chicken mince 1 medium carrot, finely chopped 1 large potato, boiled, peeled and mashed 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon chaat masala ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped ¼ cup dried breadcrumbs 1 egg ½ teaspoon vinegar 2 eggs, beaten Semolina (rawa) for coating Oil for shallow-frying Method Mix together chicken mince, carrots, potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, green chillies, breadcrumbs and egg in a bowl. Add vinegar and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Dip in beaten eggs and coat in semolina. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the patties on it and shallow-fry till golden brown from both sides and the chicken is cooked.
