Ingredients
- 2 large green capsicums, cut into two and deseeded
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 500 grams paneer (cottage cheese) ,cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 50 grams French beans,chopped
- 1 medium carrot , peeled and chopped
- 1 potato, boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 small cinnamon sticks
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan; add cinnamon sticks and green chillies, sauté a little. Add tomato, green peas, French beans, carrot and potatoes. Saute for a while. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Add ½ cup water and allow the mixture to boil.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Add the coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and fill the mixture into the capsicum halves.
- Place the capsicum in the same pan and cover and cook for two minutes till soft. Remove on a serving plate and serve with roti.
