By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Rawas, Coconut milk Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Coconut Rawas 1 1/2 cups Rawas 2 Coconut milk cubed to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 medium Onion roughly chopped 1 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped 3-4 cloves Garlic roughly chopped 3 Fresh red chillies stemmed 1 stalk Lemon grass roughly chopped 2 tablespoons Oil 2 teaspoons Honey 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped Method Sprinkle salt and half the lemon juice on the fish pieces and set aside for fifteen minutes. Grind onion, ginger, garlic, two fresh red chillies and lemon grass to a paste. Diagonally slice the remaining fresh red chilli. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the fish pieces for a couple for minutes. Add the ground paste and stir. Sauté for a couple of minutes more or till the fish is cooked over high heat. Add coconut milk and cook for a minute. Add honey and coriander leaves and mix. Add the remaining lemon juice and mix. Serve hot, garnished with red chilli slices.
