Ingredients
- 100 grams soya bean chunks, soaked for 10-15 minutes drained and halved
- 3 green chillies, slit
- 2 dried red chillies, seeded and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil (til oil)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green capsicum, diced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add red chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
- Add capsicum and green chillies and sauté for a minute.
- Add soya chunks and cook for five to seven minutes. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for fifteen minutes.
- Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
