Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups green capsicum ,roughly chopped
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 green chillies ,broken
- 2 tablespoons raw peanuts
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Put capsicum in a grinder jar, add mint leaves, green chillies and peanuts and grindto a coarse paste.
- Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice, sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon water and grind once again to a smooth paste.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve as required.
