By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green capsicum, Fresh mint leaves Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Capsicum and Pudina Chutney 1 1/2 cups Green capsicum ,roughly chopped 1 cup Fresh mint leaves 2 Green chillies ,broken 2 tablespoons Raw peanuts 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste Salt Method Put capsicum in a grinder jar, add mint leaves, green chillies and peanuts and grindto a coarse paste. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice, sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon water and grind once again to a smooth paste.
