Ingredients list for Chicken Cutlet - SK Khazana
- 250 grams Chicken mince
- 1 Large onion finely chopped
- 3 tablespo for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- for greasi to deep fry Oil
- 1/2 cup Refined flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Dried breadcrumns
- to serve Green chutney
Method
- Mix together chicken mince, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mix again.
- Grease your palms with some oil and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
- Dust the cutlets with flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the cutlets till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
