Ingredients 

  • 2 cups chana jor garam
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato finely chopped
  • ¾ cup sprouted brown Bengal gram, boiled
  • 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
  • Black salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon dried mango powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw mango finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Nylon sev as required
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required

Method

  1. Take chana jor garam in a mixing bowl, add onions, tomatoes, brown Bengal gram, green chillies, black salt, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, raw mango and lemon juice and mix well.
  2. To serve fill paper cones with this chaat mixture, top with plenty of sev and garnish with coriander leaves.
