Ingredients list for Cauliflower Chutney
- 1 medium Cauliflower separated into florets
- 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 4-5 Green chillies
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Grind together ginger and green chillies till smooth.
- Grind cauliflower separately.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves and cumin seeds, add garlic and chilli paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the ground cauliflower, add tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as required.
