Cauliflower Chutney By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Ginger Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course-Veg Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cauliflower Chutney 1 medium Cauliflower separated into florets 1 inch Ginger finely chopped to taste Salt 4-5 Green chillies 4-5 Curry leaves 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped 1 Tomato finely chopped for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves Method Grind together ginger and green chillies till smooth. Grind cauliflower separately. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves and cumin seeds, add garlic and chilli paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the ground cauliflower, add tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
