Ingredients list for Cauliflower Chutney

  • 1 medium Cauliflower separated into florets
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 4-5 Green chillies
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves

Method

  1. Grind together ginger and green chillies till smooth.
  2. Grind cauliflower separately.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves and cumin seeds, add garlic and chilli paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the ground cauliflower, add tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as required.
