Ingredients 

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together cabbage, red chilli powder, salt, mustard powder and roasted fenugreek powder and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non stisk pan add mustard seeds, hing and when it starts spluttering add it to the cabbage mixture.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Store it in air tight containers and let it stand for fifteen days.
  5. Serve with roti.
