Ingredients list for Anda Pav Toast - SK Khazana

  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 Pavs
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 tablespo to serve Onion chopped
  • 3-4 Green chilies chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 8 teaspoons Butter
  • to serve Tomato ketchup


  1. Break in the eggs and sprinkle salt, whisk well using a fork.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, pour the egg mixture, sprinkle onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Cut the pavs in half without cutting them through and place them on the eggs mixture and press gently.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and bring the sides of the cooked egg mixture into the center of the pavs. Fold the pavs, press gently and apply 4 tsps butter on top. Cook for a minute more.
  5. Flip the pavs and apply the remaining butter on top and press using a masher till the pavs turn crisp.
  6. Take the tawa off the heat and place the anda pav toast on a worktop. Cut them in half and place them on a serving plate.
  7. Serve hot with onion and tomato ketchup.
