Ingredients
- 500 ml buttermilk (chaas)
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsps ghee
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
Method
- Add chaas, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- For tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder. Sauté till cumin seeds turns brown. Switch off heat and add tadka mixture into chaas mixture. Mix well.
- Add coriander and mint. Mix well.
- Transfer the prepared chaas in a serving glass.
- Serve immediately.
