By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed Sprouts, Canape Cups Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sprout Canapes 1 cup Mixed Sprouts boiled 16 Canape Cups to deep fry Oil 2 small Onions chopped 2 small Tomatoes chopped 2 small Potatoes boiled, peeled and chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Chaat masala to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder as required Sev 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the canapés till lightly browned and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl.Fill the canapés with this mixture. Top with sev and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve immediately.
