Ingredients
- 1/2 medium cauliflower, separated into small florets
- 1 cup green peas, blanched
- 4-5 tablespoons Schezwan chutney
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- A few fresh coriander sprigs
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add asafoetida, ginger and green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower and mix well. Add green peas and mix well.
- Add Schezwan chutney and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix and cook for 12-15 minutes or till cauliflower gets cooked and extra moisture gets absorbed.
- Add lemon juice and garam masala powder and mix well.
- Roughly chop coriander leaves and add and mix.
- Transfer into serving bowl and serve hot with paranthe.
