Ingredients list for Quick Corn Curry
- 2 cups Corn Kernels
 - Yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 8-10 Spring onion bulbs
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 2 Green chillies
 - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 2 stalks Spring onion greens
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, slice spring onion bulbs and add. Add turmeric powder.
 - Roughly chop green chilies and add along with red chilli powder and corn. Chop spring onion greens and add along with salt and mix well.
 - When all the ingredients are heated through, add yogurt and cook till it curdles slightly.
 - Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
