Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji Roll-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Cottage cheese (paneer) grated 3/4 cup

  • Hot dog buns 4

  • Oil 1 tablespoons + for grilling

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Ginger finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon

  • Medium onion finely chopped 1

  • Medium tomato finely chopped 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Green chutney as required

  • Onions sliced as required


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour.

Step 2

Add green chillies and ginger and sauté well. Add onion, mix and sauté till it turns light brown.

Step 3

Add tomato and salt, mix and cook till it turns soft and pulpy. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

Step 4

Add cottage cheese, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat.

Step 5

Slit the buns from centre without cutting through. Spread some chutney on the slit portion and stuff with some paneer bhurji.

Step 6

Top with some sliced onions and serve immediately.
