By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bread, Potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 2 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Pahadi Sandwich 6 slices Bread 2 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed 3 tablespoons Green chutney 4 tablespoons Butter 1/2 cup Cabbage shelled 2 cloves Garlic crushed 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-green chilli paste to taste Salt 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup Cheese grated 1/4 teaspoon Chilli flaked 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Method Apply butter on all the slices of bread on both sides and green chutney on one side of the bread. Set aside. In a mixing bowl mix together potatoes, cabbage, garlic, ginger chilli paste and salt. Mix well and divide into two portions. In another bowl mix together coriander, cheese, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well and divide into two portions. Place the potato mixture on one side of the bread and cover with another slice. Now place the coriander mixture and cover with the third bread. Similarly make the next sandwich.
