Ingredients list for Muzzafar

  • 100 grams Vermicelli
  • 8-10 Raisins wash and pat dry
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji)
  • 5-6 Almonds slivered
  • 4-5 Cashewnuts chopped
  • 1 Silver warq

Method

  1. Break roasted vermicelli with hand and keep aside. Take ghee in a pan and add cardamom powder and sugar.
  2. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, for two to three minutes.
  3. Add milk and continue to cook for two to three minutes. Add broken vermicelli and continue to cook for four to five minutes or till vermicelli is dry.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chironji, raisins, almonds, cashewnuts and silver warq.
