Ingredients list for Mushroom Tikka-SK Khazana

  • 10-12 Button mushrooms
  • for greasing Oil
  • 1/2 cup Hung yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried fenugreek leaf (kasuri methi) powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 8-10 Red capsicum large pieces
  • 8-10 Green capsicum large pieces
  • for brushi Butter q
  • to serve Green chutney

Method

  1. Mix together hung yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves powder, salt, lemon juice and mustard oil in a bowl.
  2. Add mushrooms, red and green capsicums, mix well and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 200º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
  4. Thread mushrooms and capsicum alternatively onto skewers and transfer onto the greased tray.
  5. Put tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with some butter.
  6. Drizzle some green chutney on the serving plate, place the skewers on it and serve hot.
