By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boiled eggs, Button mushrooms Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mushroom Cheesy Stuffed Eggs 6 large Boiled eggs finely chopped 2 tablespoons Button mushrooms 4 Hard boiled eggs peeled, halved and yolks separated 2 teaspoons Oil 4 teaspoons Garlic chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Red chillies crushed for garnishing Fresh parsley sprigs Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onion and sauté till it turns golden. Add mushrooms, salt, crushed peppercorns and sauté on high heat for four to five minutes or till the mushrooms are cooked. Transfer the cooked mushroom mixture into a bowl. Add cheese spread, egg yolks and crushed red chillies and mix well. Spoon the prepared mixture into the halved eggs. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve warm.
