Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons methi seeds
  • 2 cups torn lettuce 
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts 
  • 1/4 capsicum, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powderto taste
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 5-6 rose petals

Method

  1. To sprout methi - Soak the methi seeds in enough water for 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Add 1 tsp rose water in it. Drain the water and keep the methi seeds covered in warm place for 24 hours.
  3. For salad - soak the lettuce in chilled water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately garnished with rose petals.
