Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons methi seeds
- 2 cups torn lettuce
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/4 capsicum, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powderto taste
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 5-6 rose petals
Method
- To sprout methi - Soak the methi seeds in enough water for 4 to 6 hours.
- Add 1 tsp rose water in it. Drain the water and keep the methi seeds covered in warm place for 24 hours.
- For salad - soak the lettuce in chilled water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately garnished with rose petals.
