Ingredients
- 10-15 assorted lettuce leaves
- 8 eggs
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon white pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Pour some water in an egg boiler, arrange eggs and cook for 10-12 minutes. Alternately, cook eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes. Drain and transfer into a bowl of water and allow to cool.
- Peel and halve each egg vertically. Further cut each half into 4 equal pieces and keep them in a plate.
- To prepare the dressing put salt in a bottle, add white pepper powder, crushed black peppercorns, white vinegar, mustard powder and extra virgin olive oil. Close the lid and shake well.
- Tear lettuce leaves roughly and transfer into a mixing bowl. Add egg pieces and drizzle prepared dressing and mx with light hands.
