  1. Pour some water in an egg boiler, arrange eggs and cook for 10-12 minutes. Alternately, cook eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes.  Drain and transfer into a bowl of water and allow to cool.
  2. Peel and halve each egg vertically. Further cut each half into 4 equal pieces and keep them in a plate.
  3. To prepare the dressing put salt in a bottle, add white pepper powder, crushed black peppercorns, white vinegar, mustard powder and extra virgin olive oil. Close the lid and shake well.
  4. Tear lettuce leaves roughly and transfer into a mixing bowl. Add egg pieces and drizzle prepared dressing and mx with light hands.
