Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped dark chocolate
- ½ cup chopped walnuts + for sprinkling
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup condensed milk
- ½ cup grated mawa
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chocolate and stir continuously till it melts.
- Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add walnuts and mix well. Add mawa and vanilla essence, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.
- Transfer into a greased burfi tray and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and allow to cool down to room temperature. Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut the fudge into squares, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
