By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Frozen green peas, Malai Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Matar Malai - SK Khazana 1 cup Frozen green peas Malai 2-3 tablespoons + For garnish 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida and let the seeds change colour. Add green peas, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add malai and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
