Ingredients list for Kothimbir Vadi Chaat

  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • as required Yogurt
  • 12-16 kothimbir vadis readymade
  • as required Green chutney
  • as required Date and tamarind chutney
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • as required Sev
  • as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Peanuts roasted and crushed
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put broken vadi in individual serving platters. Add some onion on top.
  2. Drizzle yogurt, green chutney and date-tamarind chutney.
  3. Sprinkle some chaat masala and put some sev and chopped coriander on top.
  4. Serve immediately.
