Ingredients list for Jeera Boti Kebab in Tacos
- 250 grams Boneless mutton cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
- 8 Taco shells
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 1½ teaspoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- as required Onion sliced
- for garnishing Lemon wedges
- Sour cream for drizzling
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till golden. Add mutton pieces, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, crushed peppercorns and salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or till mutton pieces are fully done.
- Place taco shells on a serving platter and put some cooked mutton mixture into each shell. Put some sliced onions and drizzle some sour cream on top.
- Serve immediately garnished with lemon wedges.
