Italian Rice This is a rice salad with rice, vegetables, mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese. By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cooked rice, Celery Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Italian Rice cups Cooked rice 2 stalks Celery sliced 2 medium Carrot julienne 1 Green capsicum cut into thin strips 1 Red capsicum cut into thin strips 1 medium Onion thickly sliced 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs dry to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese Method In a bowl mix together celery, carrots, green and red capsicum, and onion. Mix well. Make a seasoning with mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, mixed herbs, salt and pepper powder. Whisk well. In a fresh bowl add the rice, mixed vegetables, mayonnaise dressing and grated cheese.
