By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium green tomatoes, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Tomato Sabzi - SK Khazana 5 Medium green tomatoes roughly chopped 3 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 1 teaspoon Garlic paste to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Dried red chillies Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Take ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder in a bowl. Add ¼ cup water and mix well. Add cumin seeds to the oil and sauté till light brown. Add dried red chillies and sauté for few seconds. Add the spice mixture and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add green tomatoes and mix well. Add sufficient water and mix well. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or till tomatoes turn pulpy.
