Eggless Almond Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 1½ tablespoons milk
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Almonds as required
Method
- Preheat oven to 180̊ C.
- Put butter in a bowl and whisk using an electric beater till light. Add powdered sugar gradually and whisk well.
- Add green cardamom powder and almond flour and whisk well. Add milk and mix well.
- Sift together wheat flour, baking powder and salt and fold well till well combined.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls and place on a baking tray.
- Place one almonds in the center of each cookie. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
- Serve.
