Ingredients list for Cutlets of Kuttu Ka Atta

  • 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Kuttu Ka Atta
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Grated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons Roasted peanuts coarsely ground
  • 2 Almonds
  • 2 Cashewnuts
  • 4-5 Raisins

Method

  1. In a combine together potatoes, kuttu ka atta, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut, peanuts, almonds, cashewnuts and raisins.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick kadai and deep fry the tikkis till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with chutney.
