By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cinnamon, Button mushrooms Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cinnamon Tossed Mushrooms 1 inch stick Cinnamon 30 Button mushrooms sliced thickly 1 1/2 teaspoons Coriander seeds 6-8 Cloves 3 tablespoons Olive oil 6-8 cloves Garlic chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 teaspoons Fresh mint leaves chopped 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder Method Grind coriander seeds, cinnamon and cloves to a fine powder. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, mushrooms, ground spice mix and salt. Sauté on high heat till the mushrooms are almost cooked. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for one minute. Serve hot.
