Ingredients for Cinnamon Tossed Mushrooms Recipe

  • Cinnamon 1 inch stick

  • Button mushrooms sliced thickly 30

  • Coriander seeds 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Cloves 6-8

  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons

  • Garlic chopped 6-8 cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves chopped 2 teaspoons

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Grind coriander seeds, cinnamon and cloves to a fine powder.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, mushrooms, ground spice mix and salt.

Step 3

Sauté on high heat till the mushrooms are almost cooked.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and black pepper powder.

Step 5

Mix well and cook for one minute. Serve hot.
