Chop onions, garlic, jalapenos and parsley in a chopper and transfer into a bowl. Grate cheese into the bowl. Add salt and mix well. Stuff this mixture generously into the mushroom hollows. Arrange the mushrooms in a non-stick baking tin resting them against the edge of the tin. Sprinkle little dried breadcrumbs and drizzle a little olive oil on each mushroom, keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
