By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jun 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Green capsicum, Green chillies Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Paneer 1 medium Green capsicum cut into dices 3-4 Green chillies slit 200 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into cubes 2 tablespoons+ to deep fry Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic minced 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 inch Ginger cut into juliennes 1 tablespoon Green chilli sauce 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Vinegar to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry cottage cheese cubes till light golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well. Add onions and sauté for 1 minute. Add ginger, green chillies and capsicum and mix well. Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Add fried cottage cheese cubes and toss to mix. Dissolve cornflour in little water and add. Mix well and cook on high heat for a while. Serve hot.
