By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Aug 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Hotdogs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Fiesta Roll 300 grams Boneless chicken boiled and shredded 4 Hotdogs buns 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped ½ medium Green capsicum finely chopped 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 3-4 tablespoons Tomato puree 1 tablespoon HP sauce to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon brown sugar/jaggery 1 teaspoon Vinegar 6-8 Black olives pitted 1 inch Celery finely chopped 4-8 Iceberg lettuce leaves Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté on high heat till golden. Add onion and sauté till golden. Add capsicum and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree and HP sauce, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add crushed peppercorns, chilli powder, salt, brown sugar and vinegar, mix and cook for 1 minute. Slice black olives, add to pan and mix. Add celery and mix well. Slit the buns without cutting through, keep 1-2 lettuce leaves and some chicken mixture.
