Ingredients list for Chapati Masala Noodles

  • 6 Chapatis
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 slices Onion
  • 1/2 slices Green capsicum
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • to serve Lemon wedges

Method

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add onions and capsicum, and saute till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add black salt, Pav Bhaji masala and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the chapati strips and toss well. Serve hot, garnished with coriander and lemon wedges.
