Ingredients list for Chapati Masala Noodles
- 6 Chapatis
- 1/2 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 slices Onion
- 1/2 slices Green capsicum
- 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- to serve Lemon wedges
Method
- Heat butter in a pan. Add onions and capsicum, and saute till the onions turn translucent.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute for another 5 minutes.
- Add black salt, Pav Bhaji masala and salt. Mix well.
- Add the chapati strips and toss well. Serve hot, garnished with coriander and lemon wedges.
