Ingredients list for Bhutte Ke Cutlet
- 500 grams Corn kernels boiled
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1 teaspoon Onions chopped
- 6 Green chillies chopped
- 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 small bunch Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2/3 cup Gram flour (besan) roasted
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and chopped onions and sauté lightly.
- Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
- Stir to mix well. Remove from heat. Grind the cooked corn niblets with this masala in a mixer.
- Add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Add roasted gram flour and mix.
- Add bread crumbs and mix well to form a dough. Make equal sized cutlets Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown. Serve hot
