Ingredients list for Bhuna Masala Sandwich
- 8 White bread slices
- 1 packet Bhuna Masala readymade
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ¼ medium Cauliflower separated into small florets and blanched
- 1 medium Carrot peeled, chopped and blanched
- 6-7 French beans stringed, chopped and blanched
- 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
- to taste Salt
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- ½ cup Cheese grated
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower, carrots, French beans and potatoes and mix well.
- Add salt and mix well, cook for 3-4 minutes. Mash the mixture lightly while cooking.
- Apply butter on one side of all the bread slices. Spread bhuna masala mixture over 4 of them. Sprinkle grated cheese and chaat masala on top and cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Apply a little butter on either side of the sandwiches and place them, two at a time, on a preheated griller. Grill till the sandwiches are light golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately.
