By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Ladyfingers, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhindi Masala 500 grams Ladyfingers heads trimmed and slit 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Medium onions sliced 2-3 Green chillies slit 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till the seeds chance colour. Add onions, mix and sauté till translucent. Add green chillies, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ladyfingers, mix and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. Cook till the ladyfingers are done. Add dried mango powder and coriander leaves and mix gently.
