Ingredients
- 2 medium beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped
 - 2 tbsps scraped coconut
 - 2 garlic cloves
 - 1 green chilli
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - Salt to taste
 
Method
- In a blender, add beetroot, scraped coconut, garlic cloves, green chilli and lemon juice, salt and 2½ cups water. Blend to a smooth consistency.
 - Place a muslin cloth in a strainer and strain the prepared mixture.
 - Pour the strained mixture in shot glasses and serve.
