Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped green garlic bulbs
- ¾ cup chopped green garlic stalks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ cup raw peanuts
- 100 grams dried coconut, sliced
- Sea salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoons Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Bhakri for serving
Method
- Heat oil in a kadai, add the raw peanuts and sauté till they turn golden brown.
- Add green garlic bulbs, mix and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add dried coconut, mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add green garlic stalks and sea salt, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and allow to cool.
- Transfer the mixture into a blender jar, add red chilli powder and grind coarsely.
- Serve with bhakri.
