Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped tender coconut flesh
- 2 tablespoons almonds, soaked for 1-2 hours, and peeled
- 2 tablespoons cashewnuts, soaked for 1-2 hours
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4-6 vanilla ice cream scoops
- 10-12 ice cubes
- ¾ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- Chopped almonds for garnish
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
Method
- Put the tender coconut in a mixer jar. Add almonds, cashewnuts, sugar, coconut milk, ice cream scoops, ice cubes and green cardamom powder and blend till smooth.
- Pour the milkshake into Empty tender coconut shells, garnish with chopped almonds and chopped pistachios. Serve immediately.
