By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cheese sauce, Processed cheese Cuisine Oriental Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Momos-SK Khazana 1 cup Cheese sauce 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated 200 grams Refined flour (maida) dough 150 grams Chicken mince 2 tablespoons Onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons Carrot finely chopped 1 tablespoon Celery finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme to taste Salt for dusting Refined flour (maida a pinch Dried oregano a pinch Red chilli flakes Method Mix together chicken mince, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, crushed peppercorns, thyme and salt in a bowl. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust with some flour and roll out into medium discs. Place a portion of chicken mixture in the centre of each disc and shape into momos. Place them on a steamer plate. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Place the plate in it, cover and steam for 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven to 180º C. Transfer the steamed momos into a baking dish. Pour cheese sauce, top with processed cheese, oregano and chilli flakes. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
