  1. Heat a pan, add sugar and 1 cup water and cook till sugar melts.
  2. Squeeze the juice lemon into the pan, add green cardamom powder, mix and cook till it reaches 2 string consistency.
  3. Switch off the heat, add cashewnuts and saffron and mix well.
  4. Serve warm with puris.
