Ingredients
- 1½ cups soaked sago (sabudana)
- ½ cup grated processed cheese
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Oil for greasing
- Green chutney to serve
Method
- Take sago in a mixing bowl, add potatoes, ginger, red chilli flakes, salt, coriander leaves and cheese and mix well.
- Preheat a waffle machine and grease with oil.
- Take a portion of the mixture and place it on the waffle machine. Cover the waffle machine and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the waffle and cut into 4 triangles, place them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney.
