Method

  1. Take sago in a mixing bowl, add potatoes, ginger, red chilli flakes, salt, coriander leaves and cheese and mix well.
  2. Preheat a waffle machine and grease with oil.
  3. Take a portion of the mixture and place it on the waffle machine. Cover the waffle machine and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove the waffle and cut into 4 triangles, place them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney.
