Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup tamarind pulp
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1½ tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Readymade chole to serve
  • Readymade aloo kulche to serve

Method

  1. Take tamarind pulp in a bowl, add onion, coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, powdered sugar and ½ cup water and mix well. 
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with chole and aloo kulche.
