Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ¼ cup tamarind pulp
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoons powdered sugar
- Readymade chole to serve
- Readymade aloo kulche to serve
Method
- Take tamarind pulp in a bowl, add onion, coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, powdered sugar and ½ cup water and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with chole and aloo kulche.
