Ingredients
- 1½ cups yogurt
 - ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
 - Black salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
 - 1 inch ginger, grated
 - 2 green chillies, crushed
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
 - 8-10 ice cubes
 
Method
- Put yogurt in a jar, add roasted cumin powder, black salt and powdered sugar and mix well with a wooden churner.
 - Add 3½ cups chilled water and mix well. Squeeze juice of grated ginger through a strainer.
 - Add green chillies and coriander leaves and mix well. Add ice cubes and mix till well combined.
 - Pour the mattha into individual serving glasses. Serve immediately.
