  1. Deseed and slice Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates.
  2. Heat oil in a shallow non-stick pan, add onion seeds and bay leaves, mix and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
  4. Add dates and sugar, mix well and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve warm or at room temperature.
