Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 3 medium white onions (pyaz)
- 1 light green chilli
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- Halve the white onions and slice them thinly. Lightly crush the slices with your hand and transfer into a bowl.
- Finely chop green chilli and transfer into the same bowl. Add coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice. Add yogurt and mix till well combined. Place this bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve as an accompaniment.
